To transfer a case to an organization, you need to be authenticated on LiveCase and to be an admin of the organization.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to your account page
- Locate your organization in the left-hand menu and click on the "Cases" link.
- Click "Add case" on the top right of the page.
- Find the cases you want to transfer to your organization and click on the "Transfer" button.
- Done
Once the case belongs to the organization, admins will be able to assign who is the current author of the case.
