The learner will only appear on the Livecase simulation once they have clicked on "Run simulation" on the Harvard website. Please refer to this article for more information.
There could be other reasons why you are not seeing participants on LiveCase:
- You are in the wrong session. If you have more than one session running, make sure you are in the correct session.
- Internet connection issues. It happens. A page reload should fix it.
- You are authenticated with the wrong account. Have you registered directly on our platform? If so, you need to logout and login through the Harvard website.
