There could be several reasons you cannot use your case:
- Visibility
- Publishing
- Wrong link
Visibility
This is a setting that allows you to control where your case shows up. Find out more here: Visibility
Publishing
It could be possible that you need to publish your changes (including changes in visibility) before you can use your case. Find out more here: Publishing & Versioning
Wrong link
There are several places to obtain the link to your case.
- In the case creation page, on the top right, there is a button that looks like a gamepad. Click on it to get the link.
- In the case creation page, in the "Visibility" section, you should see a link for it.
