How we assessed LiveCase
No single test can establish accessibility. The assessment combined complementary methods across representative journeys.
Source and structure review
We reviewed the first-party interface structure, names, roles, labels and status messages used in the assessed journeys.
Keyboard testing
We exercised navigation, focus order, menus, dialogs and representative controls without relying on a pointer.
Automated and browser checks
Automated checks were combined with responsive layout, text spacing and browser-based interaction testing.
What the report does not claim
This is a product accessibility disclosure, not an independent certification or a whole-product conformance claim.
- Customer-authored and third-party content can vary in accessibility.
- VoiceOver and independent embedded-video testing were outside the assessment scope.
- Paid checkout, completed account recovery and institution-specific identity flows were not fully assessed.
