Try a decision
Your supplier just missed the deadline.

1The situation
A product launch is three days away. A local supplier can deliver on time at a higher cost. Your sales lead has already promised customers a launch date.
Choose an option above to see where it leads.
Bring it into the debrief
Compare the assumptions behind each decision. Which information changed your recommendation, and which trade-off were you prepared to accept?
Illustrative example with prepared responses.
Give the case a life of its own.
LiveCase combines a shared storyline with responsive AI conversations. Bring strategy, operations and people decisions into the same learning experience.

- 1
Investigate the situation
Read documents, examine evidence and question characters with different priorities.
- 2
Make the call
Choose a course of action and explain the thinking behind it. Decisions can change what happens next.
- 3
Compare and reflect
Bring choices, responses and feedback into a discussion about the business concepts at stake.

Questions, answered.
What is business simulation software?
Business simulation software gives learners a business situation in which to practise decisions. LiveCase uses interactive case narratives, characters, evidence, questions and feedback to connect those decisions to learning objectives.
How is LiveCase different from a spreadsheet simulation?
LiveCase focuses on case-based decisions and human interaction. Numbers and business documents can be part of the scenario, but its core experience is a guided narrative. If you need a specialist financial model or an operations optimiser, evaluate that requirement separately.
Can I use it with MBA or undergraduate students?
Yes. Choose or author a simulation for your learners' experience level, course objectives and available time. Review the case and teaching guidance before running it with your class.
Can I build a custom business simulation?
Yes. Start with an idea, case or teaching material, then use AI-assisted authoring and manual editing to refine it. LiveCase Studio Services can also help you develop a bespoke experience.
Make your next case a decision.
Describe the business decision your learners need to practise. Build and preview the scenario before bringing it to your class.
