About LiveCase

We do not learn by watching. We learn by deciding.

LiveCase was built at the meeting point of education and technology—to turn passive content into situations people can enter, question, and act on.

Why we started

The best learning material still leaves too many people sitting on the sidelines.

A case study can describe a difficult decision. A slide deck can explain a framework. But neither can recreate the pressure of having incomplete information, competing priorities, and a choice that must be made.

We created LiveCase to close that gap. Learners step into an unfolding situation, investigate evidence, interact with characters, make decisions, and defend their judgment. Educators see how people think—not only the polish of a final answer.

AI makes the experience responsive and personal. The educator's ideas, standards, and learning goals remain in charge.

The founders

An educator and a developer walked into a classroom.

LiveCase grew from two complementary obsessions: understanding how people learn, and building technology that makes better learning possible at scale.

What we believe

Technology should create participation, not replace thinking.

Judgment over perfect answers

Real learning appears in what someone notices, how they interpret evidence, and why they choose a course of action.

Educators stay in control

AI can accelerate authoring, role-play, and feedback. It should serve the learning design—not dictate it.

Start small, then learn

One course. One assessment. One experiment. Meaningful change starts with something real enough to test.

Put your learners inside the decision.
